Poissonnerie was born from forty years of experience in the fishing industry, which allows us to carefully and expertly select the fish that enriches the quality of the dishes on offer. Each raw material is rigorously selected daily on the basis of the products available in the local gulf. By choice we rely on local producers and artisans and offer only seasonal products, respecting the environment and what it offers.

Our recipes are cooked with simplicity and respecting the Sardinian tradition. To fish products, we also support traditional island recipes such as culurgiones from Ogliastra, Campidanese ravioli, the fregula, is pardulas o is orziadas, that you can enjoy in peace on our terrace or in the spacious, newly renovated dining room.
